Niger State gives N260 Million interest free loan to youths
The Niger State Government has planned to disburse N260 Million interest free loan to graduands of different vocational centers.
The Governor of Niger State ,Alhaji Abubakar Sani Bello has directed that the fund should be released, and that it should be given as interest-free to the youths that are willing to take up vocations.
“As leaders of tomorrow, the youths must remain resilient, dogged and hopeful in the pursuance of their individual and collective goals in the society,”Governor Bello said
The Governor expressed concern over how youths go about chanting and ranting instead of building a better future for themselves, noting that such action cannot sustain them through old age.
He reiterated the need for parents and influential members of the society to support and encourage the youths to enable them actualise their potentials.
Governor Bello appreciated the warm reception and solidarity demonstrated by the youths in the State.
He assured the Youths that his administration would continue to provide enabling environment for the youths to become entrepreneurs and self-employed in order to attain financial independence.
