The shocking news of the demise of the senator representing Lagos East senatorial district came as a rude shock to the entire Ajegunle community, most especially Hon. Kolawole Taiwo (HKT).

Senator Sikiru Adebayo Oshinowo aka Pepperito was said to have passed on at the age of 64yrs after a brief illness.

The late legislator was a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly representing Kosofe constituency on several occasions before moving to the Senate to represent the Lagos east at the red chamber in Abuja.

Hkt described the late senator as a brother, a confidant and a very dependable personality who will stand by you in times of difficulty. Senator Oshinowo aka Pepper was a brilliant and knowledgeable personality. He will do everything to calm any frail nerves.

HKT however prayed for the repose of the soul of the departed and also prayed to Allah to give the family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.

We will surely miss him .
