The Executive members of the Coalition of Associations in Computer Village, Ikeja (COCAVI) led by the chairman Mr. Timi David Famoroti paid a courtesy visit on the Assistant Inspector General of Police, AIG Ahmed Iliyasu, psc + today Thursday 9th September, 2020, the visit which was geared towards establishing a very good relationship in terms of synergy and collaboration with the police in ensuring safety and protection of lives and property within the Computer Village which is the ‘LARGEST ICT HUB’ in the whole of West Africa.
The Chairman in retinue of other executive members were ushered into the office of the AIG where proper introduction of the ZONAL MANAGEMENT TEAM and the COCAVI EXECUTIVES took place.
He stated reason for the courtesy visit; which is establishment and inauguration of genial relationship with Zonal Command to enhance synergy between the Coalition and the Nigeria Police, while the AIG in his response; reiterate the commitment and readiness of the Zone to synergize with the Coalition in combating crime and criminality within their business premises and to maintain a very work relationship, the Executive Members of the coalition did not leave the zone without making an impact by donating gadgets such as Projector, Projection Screen and a Portable Public Address System to the Zonal Command as a of commitment to collaborate and work with the Police.
