The Ondo State Governor,Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN, has said that his administration has put the state on the threshold of industrialization, stating that it was no longer complimentary for the state to be referred to as a Civil Service State.
Governor Akeredolu who spoke while playing host to some members of the Chariot of Light Christian Super Bike Association of Nigeria in his office in Akure, said the Sunshine State with its avalanche of resources has stayed too long with the unsalutary toga.
Arakunrin Akeredolu said his administration has in its outgoing first term, created industrial hubs that will put the state firmly on a threshold of industrialization which will not only change the status of the state but turn it to an employment generating enclave.
The governor told his guests to visit the Ondo-Linyi Industrial Hub in Ore where close to seven different industries facilitated by his administration are generating employments for thousands of residents of the state.
Governor Akeredolu said alot of iconic projects delivered by his administration like the Ore Redemption Bridge with several tourists centres and fascinating landscape across the state are begging for showcase which the Bikers can help project to the outside world.
Earlier, the leader of the Team Leader, Mr. Samuel Babatunde told the governor that the infrastructural turn around in the state attracted his association to the state.
He said through mass biking the people are unconsciously attracted to them and they therefore pass their scriptural messages to the people.
