Many persons were left injured on Tuesday, after a gas exploded in the Amuwo-Odofin Local Government Area of Lagos State.

The explosion was said to have occurred around 7:00pm at Iyasoko street, Agboju, Amuwo-Odofin.

Men of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) were said to have mobilized to the scene of the explosion to stop the fire outbreak.

However, the cause of the explosion has not been revealed by the state authorities
