He been Fingered In Most Kidnap Cases, Extortion And Organ Harvesting In The State.

According to viral reports, CSP Patrick AC allegedly k*lls his victims after arresting them, takes their vehicles and transfers all the money in their accounts.

He has also allegedly m*rdered a lot of suspected Yahoo Boys in Anambra and took over their cars and money.
