A Nigerian cyclist, Ese Lovina Ukpeseraye got stranded in the ongoing olympics in Paris.
The cyclist who was supposed to represent TeamNigeria in the Keirin and Sprint category had no bike to race with in paris after being called upon to represent the country.
He attributed this unfitting situation to late invite and inability of the nation to provide him a bike.
However, he later got a bike from team Germany.
“Due to the short notice of me competing at the Keirin & Sprint, #teamNigeria I had no bicycle to race with on the tracks. In d spirit of sportsmanship the German team @bunddeutscherradfahr came to my rescue by offering me a bicycle.”
“Thank you,” he said.
