Tiwa Savage, the Nigerian singer, has revealed that she once returned a Range Rover given to her as a birthday gift by an admirer.

In an interview on The Beat 99.9 FM, Savage shared that she decided to return the vehicle because she was not interested in the person who gave it to her.

“I once got a Range Rover for my birthday, but I returned it because I was not feeling the guy,” she said.

During the interview, the ‘Somebody’s Son’ hitmaker disclosed that Nicki Minaj, the US rapper, is the most famous contact in her phonebook.

Beyond her music career, Savage is an actress and a movie producer.

She recently revealed that acting was her first love, but she eventually pursued music because she had a crush on someone.

She also previously explained how she balances her roles as a filmmaker, mother, and musician.

“It is just having the right people and making the right decisions. We do not always have to answer or accept every offer but we do accept the ones that make sense,” she said.

Savage has established herself as one of the prominent names in the music landscape.

Her music has gained positive reception globally. She has also won numerous awards.
