A Cross Section Of Participants At The Adron Homes And Properties Ltd’s National Retreat In Lagos, Tuesday 14 January, 2025

Nigeria’s Leading Real Estate Coy, Adron Homes has kicked off its One-week National Retreat, themed “The CEO’s Retreat: Beyond and Above 2025″.

According to the company, the gathering became necessary to reaffirm Leadership excellence and strategic development as it prepares for its 2025 vision.

retreat featured insightful training sessions facilitated by the company’s Management Team to offering participants valuable knowledge and tools to elevate their personal professional impact.

In his speech, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Adron Homes and Properties, Aare Adetola Emmanuelking tasked the Participants to Upscale their performances in order to achieve all-around success in the new year and beyond.

Speaking further, EmmanuelKing emphasized the importance of Transformational Leadership, Performance Optimisation and Human Capital Development.

He said: “The greatest secret to performance is commitment”.

On her part, the Vice Chairman/CEO, Olori Aderonke Emmanuelking delivered a lecture on “Frugality: Resource Efficiency for Individuals and Companies.” She shared practical strategies for maximizing resources. She also stressed that “Maximizing the value of money equates to maximizing the value of time” and “Frugality drives creativity.”

a Bible passage to buttress her words: “There is a bread and a seed in every fund at your disposal”,

She enjoined everyone to conduct a thorough research before starting any project or business.

In her lecture titled: “Empowering Leaders to Inspire, Motivate, and Manage Diverse Teams Effectively Beyond Uncertainties”, the Managing Director of Adron Homes, Adenike Ajobo stated that the training focused on equipping leaders with skills to foster innovation, resilience, and adaptability in the dynamic business environment.

The Director General of Customer Service, Aminat Hasstrup emphasised the importance of continuous growth and strategic positioning to sustain Adron Homes’ leadership in the real estate sector.

The Customer relationship management Executive advocated Business Performance Assessment, Business Process Reengineering and Industry Positioning.
