Police Arrest Civilian and Soldier Over Stolen Vehicle

A civilian allegedly stole a Hilux vehicle in Lagos and enlisted the services of a soldier serving with Operation Delta Safe in Bayelsa to facilitate passage through checkpoints on the highway. The duo intended to sell the vehicle but was tracked and apprehended by the police.
