In an Exclusive Investigation by Citizen NewsNG Reporter, The Party Leadership in the state and other Stakeholders are said to be considering presenting three Candidates from the Senatorial District for the Primary Election ahead of a Rerun.

Top on the List are the immediate past Governor of the state, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode, Sen. Gbenga Ashafa and a former Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly Hon. Mayowa Ikuforiji as the likely Replacement.
