The property housing Zinaria International school is located at Plot 298 Wuse District, Cadastral zone FCT Abuja. The ICPC said Senator Bala Muhammad as FCT Minister allocated the property to a school that had himself and family members as directors and shareholders contrary to Section 45 of the ICPC act.
