The General Manager Lagos Neighbourhood Safety Agency(LNSA) Prince (Dr) Ifalade Oyekan has charged decorated rank officers who have just been promoted to the next rank to embrace hard work, stressed that vein promoted comes with another challenge to work hard in attaining improved service delivery.
Prince Oyekan gave the advice during the decorating ceremony of officers to rank officers on Wednesday, 22 November, 2022 at the safety Arena Complex, Bolade Oshodi.
The General Manager who charged the Rank Officers to live by example said they will be more respected and appreciative if they do what is expected of them in the community they are serving.
The newly decorated Rank officers were advised to carry out their responsibilities diligently and within the ambit of the law, urging them to always display a high level of professionalism competence and diligence because they are the first responders in most cases emergencies before the arrival of medics.
While urging the Rank Officers to maximize the opportunity inherent in the new rank, he added that the promotion received will not only enhance their professional careers but also emboldened them to secure the community, gather useful intelligence information for the police and bridge the gap of trust between law enforcement agencies and the public.
