A video has been seen online where a police man was caught harassing a man in Port Harcourt.

It is not clear what the man who dressed in white did but he got some slaps to his face after he ceased the cane the police officer was flogging him with.

The PRO of the Force Headquarters, Prince Olumuyiwa Adejobi said he has instructed the Rivers State Police Command to fish the two officers out.
