A Lagos High Court sitting at the Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS) yesterday refused the bail application of the Eze Ndigbo (leader of Igbos) of Ajao Estate in Lagos, Frederick Nwajagu, charged with alleged terrorism offences.

Justice Yetunde Adesanya said the seriousness of the alleged offence and the severity of its punishment compelled the court to refuse the bail application.
