Nigeria will play Ivory Coast in the final of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.

The hosts secured their qualification with a slim 1-0 victory over DR Congo in the semi-final on Wednesday evening.

Sebastien Haller’s goal in the second half proved sufficient to propel the Elephants to the next stage, after a goalless first half.

They will now face the Super Eagles for the trophy on Sunday.
