Controversial social media critic, Martins Vincent Otse aka VeryDarkMan, has issued an ultimatum, announcing his intention to embrace crossdressing if Bobrisky is not arrested.
Very Dark Man had previously called for Bobrisky’s arrest, claiming that influential politicians, alleged to be Bobrisky’s gay partners, were shielding him from legal actions.
However, the Force Police Public Officer, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, shed light on the matter during a recent interview.
Adejobi clarified that crossdressing itself is not considered illegal in Nigeria, thereby rendering the police unable to take action against individuals based on their involvement in crossdressing activities.
Reacting in a video message shared via his Instagram page, VeryDarkMan stated that he is determined to crossdress and use the female restroom if Bobrisky remains unarrested, viewing his detention as a small sacrifice.
Very Dark Man also dismissed claims that his detention was orchestrated by Tonto Dikeh, emphasizing that his arrest was a consequence of his statement regarding Bobrisky’s alleged protection by gay lawmakers.
He said: “When I came out of detention, I read somewhere that it was Tonto Dikeh who detained me.
“She can never detain me, I don’t care about her connection.
“The truth is that I was detained for the video I made calling for Bobrisky’s arrest and my claims that he was being protected by gay lawmakers.
“My detention is just a little sacrifice. They will still arrest me for my subsequent videos.
“Since the police say crossdressing is legal, I wll soon start crossdressing. I will give them one week after I drop my petition against Bobrisky. If Bobrisky is not arrested, I will become a crossdresser and use the female restroom.”
