Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, better known by his stage name Portable, has been captured in a viral video engaging in a street fight with another man in Lagos.

The incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon when Portable, dressed in a bright yellow outfit, reportedly obstructed the flow of traffic as he confronted the other man in the middle of the road.

Eyewitnesses said that despite attempts by bystanders to intervene, Portable aggressively pressed forward, at one point physically shoving the other man to the ground.

“He has wounded that boy. It is Portable you are in trouble. We will not allow you to go. They have wounded that guy. Your life will be a mess. Look at your celebrity. A dirty celebrity,” a man can be heard saying in Yoruba in the background of the video.

According to reports, the other individual involved in the altercation was later identified as a motorcycle rider who was alleged to have stolen Portable’s phone, triggering the violent encounter.

Portable, who had recently returned to Nigeria following an international tour in the United States, has not yet issued a statement regarding the incident.
