In a significant political realignment, Hon. Segun Adewale, popularly known as Aeroland, the former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain in Alimosho Local Government Area (LGA), Lagos State, has unofficially defected to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

According to an undisclosed source close to the lawmaker, the decision was finalised after high-level consultations with APC leaders in Lagos. The move is seen as a major boost for the APC, further consolidating its dominance in Lagos politics, particularly in Alimosho, the state’s largest LGA.
