Nigerian activist and social media personality Verydarkman has responded to a viral AI-generated image linking him to actress Nkechi Blessing’s alleged pregnancy, firmly denying any involvement and calling the image a smear campaign.

In a strongly worded Instagram post, Verydarkman addressed the controversial photo making the rounds online, one that shows him and Nkechi Blessing in a romantic pose, with the actress appearing visibly pregnant.

According to him, the image is entirely fake and was created using artificial intelligence tools with the intent to damage his public image.

“I am not the man responsible for her pregnancy, if she is,” he said, adding that he has never met Nkechi Blessing in real life and has no interest in doing so. He linked the doctored photo to deceptive marketing tactics, especially those used in promoting questionable slimming products.

Verydarkman also used the opportunity to warn Nigerians about the growing dangers of false advertising and digital bullying, urging fans to stay vigilant and protect their mental health online.

The controversy follows a fiery online clash between the two public figures, where insults were exchanged over body shaming and public perception. While the dust from their social media feud had barely settled, this new wave of drama has reignited public interest in their ongoing beef.
