The Federal High Court Abuja has dismissed “no case submission” by detained leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, in his terrorism trial, saying he has a case to answer, following evidence provided by the prosecution and that he should enter his defence on the charges against him.
The court presided over by Justice James Omotosho also rejected the request by Kanu to be transferred from the custody of the Department of State Services, DSS, to the National Hospital Abuja for medical examination over alleged deteriorating health issues.
