The Abuja Court of Appeal on Friday struck out Nnamdi Kanu’s appeal challenging alleged violations of his rights by the DSS and AGF. The court ruled the case academic following Kanu’s conviction and life sentence, noting he is now in Sokoto Correctional Centre, not DSS custody.
