The Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday denied Nnamdi Kanu’s ex parte bid to move from Sokoto Correctional Centre to a facility nearer Abuja.

Justice James Omotosho ruled the Federal Government and Nigerian Correctional Service must be heard before any order. The case is adjourned to January 27, 2026.
