Olugbenga Adebayo clinched the PDP governorship ticket for Osun State’s 2025 election.

The Osogbo primary, amid party disputes, accredited 957 delegates. Electoral Chairman Humphrey Abba declared Adebayo the winner.

Speaker Adewale Egbedun and Assembly members protested, labeling the exercise illegal and blaming Governor Seyi Makinde for the crisis.
