Controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has been accused of exploiting a young girl’s innocence during her childhood, leading to long-term consequences, including early motherhood.

The allegation was made by Ashabi Simple, a Nollywood actress and one of the singer’s baby mamas, who opened up in an emotional revelation shared on social media.

According to Ashabi, her involvement with Portable began when she was still very young and vulnerable. She claimed that the singer took advantage of her innocence at the time, a situation she says altered the course of her life permanently.

Ashabi further alleged that Portable, despite being just 32 years old, already has 10 children with different women, a development she described as troubling and irresponsible.

While refraining from graphic details, she expressed regret over her past and said her decision to speak out was driven by a desire to tell her truth and caution young girls against similar experiences.

The actress also hinted at emotional trauma and lack of support, suggesting that the singer has failed to take full responsibility for the impact of his actions on her life.

Portable is yet to publicly respond to the allegations as of the time of filing this report.

The revelation has since sparked widespread reactions on social media, with many Nigerians calling for accountability, while others urged restraint until all sides of the story are heard.
