Ijoba Lande 

Ijoba Lande, the comedian, has accused officers of the Nigerian police of brutalising him in Lagos.

The allegations emerged through a now-widely circulated video posted on Friday.

In the footage, Lande appears visibly distressed, struggling to see and requesting water from bystanders.

According to the caption accompanying the post, the incident occurred just six days after he returned to Nigeria from the United Kingdom.
