President Bola Tinubu has decorated Tunji Disu as acting Inspector-General of Police at the State House, Abuja.

Disu’s appointment follows the resignation of Kayode Egbetokun and comes weeks before his scheduled retirement, though the amended Police Act allows a four-year tenure.
