Former President, Olusegun Obasanjo, has asked Nigerians to live good lives to be able to enter heaven.
Obasanjo spoke at a thanksgiving service at the Cherubim and Seraphim Unification Church, Ogba, Lagos State.
The service was to thank God for the success of the burial of Olufunso Salako, the wife of a former member of the House of Representatives, Apostle Dave Salako.
Olufunsho died on Sunday, August 9, 2020, after a brief illness at the age of 59.
Obasanjo, in a condolence letter to Dave, who represented Remo Federal Constituency (Ogun State) between 2003 and 2011, said death was a reminder of the brevity of life.

Obasanjo said heaven was assured for the late Olufunsho because from the testimonies of people, she loved everyone and cared for her family members.
“When a Christian passes away, they have gone to sleep. On the final day, they would come up on the day of resurrection. Resurrection is assured for all Christians,” he added.
