The South-South People’s United Forum (SSPUF) has expresses appreciation to the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu for the donation of another palliatives to all indigenes of the South-South geo-political zone living in Lagos State.
In its appreciation message, the Lagos State Chairman of the Forum, Otunba Isaac Emiyede, described Sanwo-Olu’s led administration as detrablizing, accommodating and excellent.
He said the governor has identified with the group and shown that they are relevant to the growth of the state and the development of the ruling party.
Emiyede equally commended the State Commissioner for Budget and Economic Planning, Engr. Sam Egube, for being a good ambassador of the South-South people, saying his achievement in office so far have proved his worthiness and and leadership quality.
He described the commissioner as an apex leader worthy of emulation.
He therefore pledged continuous support of the Forum to the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the coming election at all levels of government.
Equally speaking the Publicity Secretary of the Forum, Hon. Paul Fregene clarified that the palliative was distributed across the 20 LGAs and 37 LGAs and LCDAs respectively.
Fregene, who is also the Secretary to Ejigbo LCDA, further commented that the gesture came at the right when it was most needed to resuscitate and affirm the SSPUF’s loyalty to the ruling party and its national leader, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
He noted that the Ad-hoc Committee Chairman, Otunba Napoleon, ensured that adequate security was provided at the time of distribution,adding that all coordinators were present to receive their palliatives.
