The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has acknowledged errors in the 2025 UTME, following a high number of complaints about discrepancies in candidates’ scores.

Registrar Prof. Ishaq Oloyede confirmed the issues at a press briefing, stating that despite preparations, errors occurred. He assured that remedial measures will be taken promptly. Notably, 78% of candidates scored below 200 out of 400.
