The Executive Chairman of Kosofe Local Government Area, Barr Moyosore Adedoyin Ogunlewe, yesterday demonstrated exemplary leadership by visiting the Berger area of Oworonsoki where ongoing house demolitions have created considerable distress within the community.

During his compassionate visit, the Executive Chairman expressed heartfelt sympathy to residents who have suffered property losses whilst engaging directly with community leaders to explore sustainable solutions to the current impasse. His proactive approach culminated in facilitating crucial dialogue between concerned government agencies and representatives of the affected community, led by Pastor Allen, the Joint CDA Chairman of Oworonsoki.

This strategic intervention shows Barr Ogunlewe’s commitment to inclusive governance and conflict resolution through meaningful consultation. The Executive Chairman’s diplomatic facilitation has created a constructive platform for ongoing discussions between all stakeholders.

The administration remains optimistic that the continuing consultations and structured meetings between both parties will yield lasting solutions, ultimately restoring peace and harmony to the affected area whilst addressing legitimate concerns of all involved parties.
