A Businessman, Mr Fedelis Uzochukwu popularly known as Obelenze has inaugurated a Multi-Purpose Plaza on Sunday 5 October, 2025 in Agbara Community, Ado Odo/Ota local government area, Ogun state.

The Multi-Purpose Plaza consists of
Social-Corporate Event Hall,
Commercial outlets and Bar.

In his speech, the Chief Executive Officer of the Multi-Purpose Plaza, Mr. Uzochukwu stated that, with its state-of-the-art facilities, residents and guests would enjoy first-class reception and entertainment.

Guests were treated to live musical performance by a Nigerian born Igbo Highlife singer, Chigozie Obunike with the stage name “Ayaka Ozubulu”.

The Father and mother of the occasion were Chief and Lolo Chinedu Omeifeukwu,The Akuamia 1 of Uke Land and CEO of  OMEIFEUKWU AND ASSOCIATION NIG LIMITED, Chief Sponsor as High Chief Titus .C. Aniako with chieftancy title as Ebubechukwu Uzo 1 in Iwollo , Ceo YY Cargo and Taiwo Shipping and Cargo Company .
