A 12-year-old Boy and his sister who is 20 years of age was disgraced in Azuzuama in Southern Ijaw.

The 12 year old was caught stealing a phone from a Barber’s Shop. When interrogated, it was discovered that he was sent by his Elder sister.

The sister who’s name is Preye always send her younger brother to steal as it’s the only means through which they survive.Further questioning however,revealed that their mother abandoned them, travelled for weeks.She also said they had  no food in the house to feed themselves.

But the Question is: Is it right to embark on Jungle Justice when a Suspect is caught?
