The Governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir El-rufai has raised an alarm that some of the Aides of President Muhammadu Buhari are secretly working against the victory of the All Progressives Congress, (APC) Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the 2023 general elections, Citizen NewsNG reports.
According to El-rufai while appearing on a Television Programme:, “I believe that there are elements in the Villa that want us to lose the election because they didn’t have their way”.
“They had their candidate but their Candidate didn’t win the Primaries. And I think they are still trying to get us lose the election”.
The outspoken Governor further alleged that the anti-party agents are using Buhari as a shield though the president had good intentions.
Citizen NewsNG recall that Tinubu had accused some groups and individuals of planning to frustrate his chances of winning the Presidential election.
