Sen. Tokunbo Abiru Salutes President-Elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu At 71 | Citizen NewsNG


The chairman, Senate Committee on Industries and the Senator representing Lagos East Senatorial District, Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru, FCA, has congratulated the *President-Elect of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu*, on his 71st birthday.

Senator Abiru, in a congratulatory message  signed by him, described the President-Elect as an astute democrat and visionary leader, with an unrivalled capacity of discovering great talents.

He said, “On behalf of my family, and the great people of Lagos East Senatorial District, I heartily congratulate *our President-Elect of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu*, on his 71st birthday.

“Sir, you are a great treasure to humanity. Nigeria is fortunate at this critical point in her history to have a dynamic,  great leader like you as the President-Elect. Impeccable track records of excellence and performance in Lagos is a clear testament to your leadership capacity and astuteness in administration and  governance.

“The transformational government you led in Lagos State between 1999 and 2007, created the platform for a sustained trajectory of growth and development in our dear State. In education, health, waste management and road infrastructure, you performed exceptionally.

“Sir, there is no doubt in my mind that Nigeria will experience an impressive transformation under your watch. As an ardent hunter of great talents for public service, I am confident that you will assemble great minds across the land that will deliver on the promises contained in the Renewed Hope social contract we have with the people.

“Asiwaju, on this special occasion,  I join numerous political proteges, associates, and leaders of our great party, the All Progressives Congress, APC, in wishing you a happy birthday. May Almighty Allah grant you good health as you preside over the affairs of our dear country, Nigeria”.
