Amidst glamour, Popular Nigerian Fuji Musician, Alh. Sulaimon Alao with the stage name, Malaika stormed the Kolawole Ajibade Oyekan Foundation Free Summer Coaching Centre in Lagos on Wednesday 23, August 2023 to mentor over Eight Hundred (800) Students.
While delivering his speech, Malaika charged the students to concentrate on their studies, steadfast and good Ambassadors of the Foundation at all times.
“Though, the path to success may be rough but I encourage you to persevere and prayerful to make a headway in life”, He said.
“I went through the formative years like every other successful people before stardom. At your tender age, engage in productive activities for personal development and Self-Actualisation”, Malaika urged.
He also hinted that the ladder to success requires Tenacity, Consistency and Productivity.
Speaking further, the Fuji Star highlighted the
importance of Formal and Informal Education.
According to him, Formal education provides knowledge by whichever means possible; that is, Knowledge transfer cum learning and acquisition while Informal Education teaches Skills (particularly practicals), as well as values and guidelines that are useful for Professional and Personal lives.
He stated further that both are equally important.
Malaika also sang his Musical albums Hit tracks for the students and audience; A Live Performance that lasted for fifteen minutes.
He however lauded the Executive Director of the Foundation, Prince Taiwo Oyekan and his Team for their Numerous Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives.
Onbehalf of the Management of Kolawole Ajibade Oyekan Foundation, the Executive Director, Prince Oyekan expressed gratitude to Alh. Sulaimon Alao (Malaika) and his Team for the visit.
“We are Partners in Progress; We are determined to make the world a better place for Humanity”, Prince Oyekan vowed.
