Rivers State Sole Administrator has appointed Administrators For 23 Local Government Areas of Rivers State.

Ibas also appointed Michael Odey as the new Chairman of Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC)

He also approved the reconstitution of some Boards of Agencies, Commissions, and Parastatals, earlier suspended.
