A Federal High Court in Abuja has rejected ex-Kogi Governor Yahaya Bello’s bid to retrieve his passport for UK medical treatment, citing an unsigned medical report as legally worthless.

Justice Emeka Nwite ruled the application was not an abuse of process but lacked valid evidence. Trial resumes October 7.
