The remains of Nigerian actor and producer, Kayode Peters, have been laid to rest today, August 2, in Canada.

The funeral service took place at the McKersie & Early House Funeral Home, followed by his interment at the Milton Evergreen Cemetery in Ontario.

Kayode Peters, who was known for his role as Koko in the popular TV series Flatmates, passed away in Canada on June 28 after b@ttling an undisclosed illness.

He is survived by his wife and children. He was 49 years old.

May his soul rest in perfect peace. Amen.
