Human rights lawyer Femi Falana has urged Nigeria’s APC and PDP to prove they are not terrorist organisations, following a Canadian court ruling that labelled both parties as engaging in terrorism.

Falana called on the Federal Government to act, warning the judgment could affect visas and lead to deportations of party members abroad. He also urged stricter enforcement of Nigeria’s Electoral Act to curb election-related violence.
