A UK court has sentenced 33-year-old Nigerian, Segun Ogundipe, to five years in prison for rape and sexual assault.

The incident occurred in 2022 after he lured the victim to his home under false pretenses. He was arrested the same night after the victim alerted police. Ogundipe, who arrived in the UK in 2021 to study, faces deportation upon release.
