South-West governors and stakeholders have called for stronger regional integration through rail, industrial, and agricultural projects.

At a summit in Akure, they urged the Federal Government to repair key roads, including the Ibadan–Ife–Ilesha and Lagos–Abeokuta highways, and backed President Tinubu’s economic reforms.

They also advocated Yoruba unity, transparency in governance, and annual regional summits to review progress and strengthen collaboration.
