Citizen NewsNG reports that the Lagos State Chapter of All Progressives Congress (APC) has chosen Mrs. Damilola Sonayon-James as the Deputy Governorship candidate for the 2027 Governorship election.

She is an indigene of Badagry local government.

Citizen NewsNG gathered that until her emergence, Sonayon-James was a former local government worker and All Progressives Congress Assistant State Women Leader.

She is a renowned grassroots mobiliser and community development enthusiast.
