DEJI ADEYANJU; A LAZY MIND, SEEKING POPULAR ATTENTION, TUNDE BAKARE; A COWARD PRESIDENTIAL HOPE-FOOL

Though the lion of “Bourdillon” and Founder/Proprietor of our Political School of Thoughts; Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has not thrown his hat into the ring of Nigeria’s presidential wrestling but there have been agitations, anxieties, worries and activities for or against all the actions, steps and inactions of the Doctor of Public Adminstration.
Despite the fact that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has come out to caution Nigerians and people abroad from distracting him from his current assignment of supporting President Muhammad Buhari wholeheartedly in delivering the dividends of democracy to Nigerians through the implementation of policies & programme as embedded in the manifestos and agenda of our great party; All Progressives Congress, APC, many Nigerians from the political zones of the country; East, West & the North have been clamouring for the realisation of the Presidency of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, citing the intellectual capacity, patriotism, nationalism and peculiar experience in governance through progressive ideologies & principles that God has bestowed upon him as the major recipe that our country needs to get out of the woods completely immediately after the successful tenure of Muhammad Buhari.
From Dele Momodu to Babachir Lawal to Ahmed Lawal to Adeseye Ogunlewe to Sheu Sanni among other notable, distinguished and eminent Nigerians, have all reeled out the patriotic reasons why Tinubu’s Presidency must be realised for the good, growth, progress and development of our dear nation.
His contributions to the growth and development of our dear country are second to none. His contributions towards the deepening and sustaining democracy and democratic governance in Africa are enormous. His contributions towards peaceful coexistence and eradication of poverty cannot be overemphasized around the World. His dexterity towards proffering solutions to social, economic, educational and political problems and challenges cannot be equalled. Tinubu’s contributions to the upliftment of humanities and destinies’ achievements in our societies.
While considering him for a Doctor of Public Administration award, the management of Afe Babalola University, Ado Ekiti, ABUAD made it clear that despite Tinubu’s huge and classical achievements in the political World, that was not the basis for his consideration for the award, rather his huge and unmatched achievements in the area of humanities and selfless service to the World.
According to the Acting Vice-Chancellor of the university, Professor. Olarinde “Asiwaju Tinubu was not selected on the basis of his soaring political credentials because ABUAD is not a political entity,
We didn’t consider Senator Bola Tinubu owing to his political career. He was only found worthy because of his immense contributions to humanity and his various selfless services that surpass that of anybody in Nigeria,” she said.
Adding also that Asiwaju Tinubu had “helped thousands to rediscover lost destinies, given hope to the hopeless and provided a compass for those wandering in the wilderness of difficulties and uncertainties”.
Either he decides to contest for the highest office in the land or not, he is eminently qualified in all ramifications to be Nigerian President.
However, as the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, Satan came also among them. Despite all the efforts, deeds and actions being put in place by Dr. Bola Ahmed Tinubu to make out society a habitable place, some unprogressive elements are hellbent in destroying him out of envy and bad belle.
Just few days ago, it was reported in the news that one Deji Adeyanju submitted a petition at the office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission; EFCC to probe the circumstances surrounding the sighting of a Bullion Van at Bourdillon’s residence of Dr. Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Deji Adeyanju in this context can only be described as a lazy mind, an enemy of Nigeria who is just seeking a popular attention in the political and media space or how can one describes a situation when he invited and mobilised all media men & women of this World to follow him to EFCC office just because he was going to drop a failed petition against Tinubu.
Deji Adeyanju is a frustrated human being who has to pay his private and domestic bills from his personal pocket now, a luxury he had been fraudulently enjoying during former President Jonathan’s reign. There are thousands of Deji Adeyanjus in our system today who hate Tinubu just because he championed the strategic course that ousted Jonathan out of the Aso Villa. They have no consideration for the downtrodden who are being economically and socially affected by the huge and “out of this World recklessness” of Jonathan’s administration. Many life were cruelly lost and properties destroyed as a result of corruption spree under Jonathan’s watch, numerous bomb blast at every point in time, all of these are of no concerns or consequence to Deji Adeyanju and his likes as far as their bank accounts continue to blossom with free cash from the government.
Deji Adeyanju has forgotten that Asiwaju Dr. Bola Ahmed Tinubu is now a private citizen like himself who is at liberty to spend his hard earned money the he way he wishes.
Deji Adeyanju has forgotten that Bullion Van is not Money Van and the Van can be used to transport treasuries of any kind and not necessarily money.
Deji Adeyanju has also forgotten that peeping and taking pictures of events happening in another person’s compound is called trespassing and our law in Nigeria is against it.
The motive behind Deji Adeyanju’s petition to the EFCC has defeated it wholly and outrightly from the start because it is only an enemy of Nigeria, enemy of the poor Nigerians and enemy of the downtrodden that will be working assiduously to run down the characters of Asiwaju Dr. Bola Ahmed Tinubu at this point when the country needs him most to come and deploy the magic wand he deployed in Lagos that made the city a hub of development and economic growth till date after leaving office in 2007 when President Muhammad Buhari might have completed the deep-digging of our rooted problems and laid solid foundation of growth and development.
“Touch not my anointed and do my prophet no harm” so the Bible says. Though Pastor Tunde Bakare is not a prophet but he may be his anointed. I wonder why a Tunde Bakare whose anointing is not enough to give Muhammad Buhari victory at the poll when they were together on a joint Presidential ticket will now be thinking that running Asiwaju Dr. Bola Ahmed Tinubu down ahead of the 2023 polls will guarantee him Nigeria’s Presidency.
I expect Pastor Tunde Bakare whose thoughts on pastoral teachings I respect so much, to reel out his plans, agenda and his mode of operations as a presidential aspirant and not result to insulting or assassinating the characters of another anointed man of God. Yes! Bola Tinubu is an anointed man of God not in the area of establishing the Church and preaching the gospel but he has been anointed by God to make people’s destinies, a reality, to alleviate poverty and indeed to make World a better place, feats that many go to the prayer mountains to achieve, once God makes you meet Tinubu; his anointed, your prayers are answered no controversy. That is his call and that is the anointing on his head.
I don’t expect an educated Bible teacher like Pastor Tunde Bakare who seats on a huge congregation of Latter Rain to be blaming frustrating bad roads in Lagos on a former governor who left office some twelve years ago, haba!.
I don’t expect an elitist politician like Pastor Tunde Bakare to be accusing Asiwaju Dr. Bola Ahmed Tinubu of stealing when he has not been tried and found guilty by a law court. If Pastor Tunde Bakare has scores to settle with Tinubu, he should file a petition in a court of law and better still, like Deji Adeyanju, he should file a petition with any of the anti graft agencies and not result to blackmail, character assassination or names calling.
It should be noted by both Deji Adeyanju and Pastor Tunde Bakare that the immunity clause that covered Bola Ahmed Tinubu has since expired and either by bait, crook or hook, no government after he left office has been able to prosecute and find him guilty of any offence.
No anti graft agency in Nigeria has been able to proof any case against and find him guilty, not even the Code of Conduct Tribunal found him guilty of any offence after his trial.
Asiwaju Dr. Bola Ahmed Tinubu is not a contractor, he is not a political office holder and he is not the richest man in Nigeria, Africa or the World. He is just a private person like Deji Adeyanju, Pastor Tunde Bakare and myself that is doing what he is called to do “Servicing Humanities”. It is Nigerians across the political zones of Nigeria, East, West & the North that are clamouring for his presidency, because of the believe and trust they have in him and his antecedents of success and ability to deliver despite all odds, not his own making, it is an act of God so let him be or will it not sound nice to you, to me, to all of us the statement “ President Bola Ahmed Tinubu”.
