The Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu has contracted Coronavirus. The State Commissioner for Information, John Kalu, disclosed this in a Press statement issued on Monday.
Ikpeazu is expected to undergo Intensive Medical care immediately. All Close Contacts with the Governors are to observe Self-isolation.
