
A Federal High Court in Maiduguri has sentenced Ijudigal Saleh and Ishaku John Aliyu to two years in prison for internet fraud and money laundering.
Justice H. Dagat delivered the verdict on May 29, following their arraignment by the EFCC. Both pleaded guilty to charges involving impersonation and possession of fraudulent proceeds, including scams targeting foreign nationals via gift cards and fake online identities.
