Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu says Nigeria’s trade with China has reached nearly $24 billion, driven by growing investments in manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure.

At the 2025 China Commodities Expo in Lagos, he noted that China’s investment in Lagos exceeds $1.5 billion, while Chinese Consul General Yan Yuqing said bilateral trade hit $21.9 billion in 2024.
