Vanessa Trump, former wife of Donald Trump Jr., has announced that she has been diagnosed with breast cancer.

The mother of five disclosed the development in a post shared on her Instagram page on Wednesday, saying she is currently working with her medical team on a treatment plan.

According to her, she recently underwent a medical procedure and is focusing on her recovery while receiving support from family members and close associates.

“While this isn’t news anyone expects, I’m working closely with my medical team on a treatment plan,” she wrote.

She added that she remains hopeful despite the health challenge.

“I am staying focused and hopeful while surrounded by the love and support of my family, my kids, and those closest to me. Thank you for your kindness and support. It truly means more than I can express,” she stated.

Vanessa Trump and Donald Trump Jr., eldest son of United States President Donald Trump, divorced in 2018 after 12 years of marriage.

The former couple shares five children, including Kai Trump, who has gained popularity on social media and has made several public appearances alongside her grandfather.

Vanessa Trump is also reportedly in a relationship with professional golfer Tiger Woods, who confirmed their relationship earlier this year.

Reacting to the announcement, Ivanka Trump expressed support for Vanessa, praying for her strength and quick recovery.
