ALDRAP has filed a suit at the National Industrial Court seeking to stop the 2026 Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) conferment exercise, citing alleged discrimination and violation of pending court proceedings.

The association is also asking the court to nullify the shortlist of 89 candidates released by the LPPC and suspend all further steps in the exercise pending appeal.
