A 42-year-old man has reportedly died after a ceiling fan collapsed on him in bed.

The man, who was rushed to a hospital in Delhi, India, for treatment of hypertension and pneumonia reportedly died after a ceiling fan fell on him in the emergency ward.

According to reports, his family is demanding answers and an explanation from the hospital over the incident.

The tragic case has sparked reactions online, with some people jokingly blaming his “village people”.
